So much for Medium, what a truly
awful show. The pilot was the best
one, it had actual production values.
The show itself has none.

The writing is pitiful. Half the scenes
are banter between her and her
twit husband. Banter about nothing.
There are two small useless daughters
that waste more time. And the cases
are cookie cutter the same. Boring.

I watched 3 eps of season one, and
thought season two had to be better.
Nope. And from the reviews the lead
actress gains weight every season
and is a porker by season 7. This had
to be a chick series, it's totally empty
of any content.

Netflix Unsolved Mysteries
Episode 1 The boss knows something or one of the employees knows something. The death is connected to the company he worked for. Sucks the boss and life long friend is not talking. He knows something.
Episode 2 Very weird case. So little information. sucks
Episode 3 Reminds me of the John List case. I hope they find that father that murdered his family. No way he committed suicide. Find Him.
Episode 4 I think his friends hold a lot of blame. How do you drive a friend to a party in the middle of nowhere and leave him behind. Makes no sense. His friends suck.
Episode 5. Pretty compelling stories but I need more to believe alien abduction
Episode 6. The Mother is a monster. Got away with 2 murders including her own daughter. What a monster. I hope evidence comes out to put her in jail

I watched them all except the French episode.

The finale of Blue Bloods season 9
was the marriage of Jamie and
Eddie. This was a huge fan event.
They had been cop partners for
6 seasons and they made such
a great pair we were all wanting
them to get married.

It was held in the Basilica of St.
Patrick's Old Cathedral in NYC.
This was built over 200 years
ago and is spectacular. One
thing you can say about the
Church, they always had
the money to build the
gaudiest cathedrals on the
planet. God loves it gaudy..

Tom Selleck makes roughly $200,000 per episode for Blue Bloods. It's amazing that a guy who is that successful on TV had such a blase film career.

Mr Baseball has always been an extremely underrated movie in my opinion.

You left out the 9 Jesse Stone
movies he made between
2000 and 2015. I thought
they were very good and
so did Selleck. He only agreed
to Blue Bloods if he could keep
making the Stone movies.

Selleck is a big guy. And like
John Wayne and Rock Hudson,
they only fit well in certain
kinds of parts. It's the short
guys that get all the good
stuff.

Tom Selleck was originally cast as Indiana Jones when they were making Raiders of the Lost Ark. But he had already shot the Magnum PI pilot, and when it got picked up to series he had to be replaced.

I was listing theatrical films. Jesse Stone movies were for TV.

My point is that Tom Selleck is like Mark Harmon, a super successful TV actor whose theatrical film career was very limited.

The last theatrical film starring Mark Harmon was an R-rated comedy called Weather Girl | 10 July 2009 (USA) that was shown in 2 theaters. Prior to that he was in Chasing Liberty and Freaky Friday in the 2003-2004 time frame. So Harmon makes Tom Selleck look like a huge movie star.
