I kind of meant how far in the future of the show?

Who knows. I don't like any of
the characters who were left.
Jesse, Skyler, the disabled kid,
the sister in law. Jesse was an
asshat most of the time, getting
high or disagreeing with Walt
at every turn. I can't imagine
why anybody would care what
happened to these people.

Walt, Jr. I see no place for, the character never developed.
Marie, please, no. Kind of woman gangsters would rather go with the cops than stay home.
Skylar? I would like to see her struggling, wishing she left Walt alone and took the money.

Jesse, OTOH, room to do something. True, a junkie, not a business partner. But I can see say 5 years later he is down on his luck and starts cooking again. Maybe Saul somehow shows back up?

The killed off Fring, Walt, the DEA guy, the
Salamanca's, Hector, Mike, and everybody
else who was colorful. I don't know why
they're bothering with this..

Speaking of the Breaking Bad “sequel” movie, both Aaron Paul and Bryan Cranston just tweeted this cryptic photo with the caption “Soon.”

Apparently the Deadwood movie has been
on HBO for several weeks. 97% rating
on Rotten Tomatoes. The sad thing is,
during filming David Milch, at 74, was
diagnosed with Alzheimers. What a
shame. He brought us so many great
shows. NYPD Blue, Hill Street
Blues, Deadwood.

Watching Years and Years on Hbonow
Its really good
Delving into the near future with the divided politics of today
Trump gets reelected and on his last day in office nukes a Chinese island starting a global crisis
Years and Years is about how an extended family in Manchester UK deals with the new global crisis

Sounds ridiculous. Why would anybody care.

Extremely ridiculous. Why would Trump nuke a small Chinese island?

Hong Sha Dao is a fictional artificial island built by the Chinese. Population: 26,000. But it's more than that. It's a military base with nuclear weapons, that's what America says.

Years and Years is a BBC show that goes through the year 2034.
