And all this is simply to treat my Atrial Fibrillation, not my OPD or anything considered a serious problem.

I been guzzlin' that turmeric stuff for weeks now. I can't ferment it but I can quaff it down with gusto by pretending to myself that it is a cocktail.

Next, I is gonna try some of that hydrogen water stuff.

After which I will rig up some rudimentary still or crock pot and ferment the tumeric rather than just quaffing it straight. Its aqueous solubility is almost zilch and its bioavailability is even less than zilch unless its fermented.

After that, its face Mecca and consume flower petals.

Okay, so did as much of the above as I could get done, but it seems I can't even get around to fixing my rarely-capitalizing keyboard.
so no fermentation or anti-oxidants from flower petals. the Mecca thing was a joke.

but now it has become crazy. crazy financially at least and perhaps crazy medically. they want to put a "dog chip" in me and have the chip and a computer in Ohio talk to each other when I sleep at night. they also want more of some less extreme measures and well as adding some angastura bitters or something to my drug cocktail each morning noon and night. this is getting ridiculous.

Is a pauper's life worth all this? should I just tell them "forget it, I'll see you quacks in hell". they are concerned with continuation of life, I'm concerned with that but also far more concerned with the quality of life.... and the quality of a pauper's life sucks! COPD is bad, but its my OPD that really makes life style such a questioned value.

Its interesting when a busy overworked doctor and hour and a half behind his schedule stops to ask me questions about biomarkers and causation rather than correlation, but he is the one who is supposed to be telling that stuff to me not getting it from me.

Its enraging when some blithering Nurse Practitioner says 'no relationship, I checked' and I know absolutely know of dozens of journal articles showing clear relationships. Its terrible when I went to a doc in 1970 and told him I wasn't getting enough oxygen and he laughed at me, only to have me finally see a specialist in 1997 and have him tell me "you have the second lowest levels that have been measured, your brain has not been getting sufficient oxygen all your life".

That explains why you think Cosby is innocent.

I didn't say I believe him factually innocent, only that I am troubled by these "trials by tabloids" instead of Judge and Jury. slanderous claims that are beyond the statute of limitations for both civil and criminal proceedings are suspect. what did these "victims" wait so long for. How was an "open secret" in the industry kept so long? are the "victims" motivated by blackmail or fame? Its like that idiot who took a can of budweiser and a sewing needle into the police station because he had heard radio broadcasts but had failed to realize it was budweiser and hypodermic needles.

Back to the Topic... (more or less)

So, I came upon a medical article that mentioned a certain type of yoghurt. I went to Amazon to look it up.

Now, no matter what site I visit: I get this same ad over and over for that particular brand of yoghurt.

I also bought some tumeric from Amazon, and darned if I don't keep getting adds pushed to me from every site I visit that deal with utilizing tumeric. Isn't there some way to avoid this constant barrage on targeted advertising? I'm lucky if I buy yoghurt once a year, why do I need to see ten ads for it a day? enough is enough.

I believe the simple way is to disable cookies, but when you do you no longer get auto-fill if you log in. Or check if there is an add-on. I just don't let it bother me anymore, cost of doing business.

There is now something called an "advertising id" that is unique to you (or you plus the internet browser that you are using) that is provided to sites that ask for it which operates without cookies.

Check your browser privacy settings for it.

I felt old last year when sweet young things would run to hold door open for me at College. This year some guys , 20's or 30's stop and hold door open at gas station. WTF I am 75, not ancient !

I installed "Adblocker" on my puter, free. I just clicked on it and it says it has blocked 96588 ads? It's great, it was getting to the point I didn't want to surf.

Also on the yogurt, have you tried Kefir? I know it was discussed before, but I still think that could be what "manna" is?
