Also on the yogurt, have you tried Kefir? I know it was discussed before, but I still think that could be what "manna" is?
depends on water kefir grains versus milk kefir grains. different microbes same theory. far different taste though.

I'm a bit hesitant since eons ago I wandered into some sort of mid-east snack parlor and had a lamb plate with a kefir type beverage that it turned out had spoiled. I didn't know what teh correct taste was so I got a MASSIVE dose of bacteria of some sort and all it did was give me the worst episode of UTTER LETHARGY I've ever had in my life. I was new in town but found a general medical clinic and got an Rx for a broad spectrum antibiotic to kill all the bacteria overloading my system. It worked and I snapped out of the lethargy of body and mind.

school children now drink yoghurt drinks and kefirs available at lunch time due to so many Iranians who came to the this country when things started to go poorly for the Shah.

I installed "Adblocker" on my puter, free. I just clicked on it and it says it has blocked 96588 ads? It's great, it was getting to the point I didn't want to surf.

This. It's not a cookie issue any more... the interwebs is smart and can use other techniques to track you, and your previous visits. THOUGH, it's been shown that effective advertising is with reminding people of stuff they have looked at before, and not stuff they have brought. Or even what they searched for... it's gotta be stuff they went almost as far as purchasing.

I also use DuckduckGo for my search engine. They promise not to track me, and Avast security. Not being digitally literate, I am truly tired of replacing computers. So my computer junk is working pretty well, but. My kid bought me a smartphone for my birthday. The last 48 hours I have been trying to unlock it, *#@#$$.

I realize that the www has been a giant leap forward for mankind and all. But it isn't without mental damage, no one's getting out of this unscathed.

the interwebs .

interweb
A sarcastic term for the internet. Often used in the context of parody regarding an inexperience, unskilled, or incoherent user.

Is this how you meant to use 'interweb'? It's doesn't
seem so. If not, it makes your comment nonsensical.

Okay, we've all been hearing about nano particles and how great they will be ....

but does anyone know how to take a spice and turn it into nano particles rather than macro particles??

Is this anything which can be done in a home kitchen or something.

An example of low oxygen levels:

I have a care-taker who wakes me up whenever I stop breathing at night.

I want her to have a long, happy life even though she is getting on in years. Part of that involves my setting up a nocturnal flea trap for her comfort since the feral cats run into the house every time I open the door.

Now I found the traps. What I've not found is the packet of refills for the trap. So it becomes a guessing game. Where would the Spanish speaking maid have hidden that packet? Where would the English speaking maid have hidden it? Neither of these maids ever worked out. So its obvious I'm going to have to trek to Home Depot and buy new refill packets.

I know I would not be living this way if I could get my Hyperbaric Oxygen 'dives' that would enrich my oxygen levels, but I can't afford the 250.00 a week for a dive. Also the darn dopes wanted to schedule a debridement.... they want to debride my brain????

It is not just poor medical care we paupers must deal with... its getting harder and harder for me to keep up with my various online personnae.

That cocktail waitress who just handed you a drink and a napkin with her name and number on it may have a few defects too, but you are still going to give her a call aren't you?

How come that never happens to me?
................
Well, I'll tell you: It don't never happen to me neither. I'm a low roller. I only get served the same watered down swill other low rollers get served and its usually by middle aged waitresses with sore feet and bad attitudes.

I've always been a low roller. Yeah, I've been frisked by casino security but I'm still a low roller. Yes, a cashier once asked if I wanted a security escort to my car, but she was being facetious since I had just cashed in my last one dollar chip.

Been a pauper all my life. One would think I'd be used to it, but pauperism has a way of being even worse when it comes to medical stuff. Ever correct a doctor's spelling of a drug? Its a dead give away to his not knowing his stuff. Nowadays they got some sort of one-half step above welfare recipient called a CNA. Its a designation that certifies the holder knows the difference between a thermometer and a bed pan. A few years ago my newly-minted CNA asked me if I was a doctor or if I was an investigator. She had detected too high a level of medical vocabulary for me to be an ordinary patient. Unfortunately, this was not detected by the quacks who lectured me as if I were a mildly retarded five year old.

Now the situation with the quacks get worse. Medicare patients get "processed" not treated. I have to learn what is likely to help me, I quote medical journals to them, their ignorance is obvious, almost as obvious as their total lack of concern.

Even my gambling site personna is hard to maintain. I can no longer afford to even be a low roller. I need a free coupon in order to get on the craps boat. Poverty is the pits. Stripping myself bare of my online persona is the pits. I really am a low roller who can not do basic arithmetic. Facing that is not fun.

Would one of those SID infant crib monitors be of any help to you?

What about flea collars on the felines?

Have you ever tried IV H202? Might that help? That runs about 87.00 locally. Tried chelation?

Is there a local dive shop that has a "bends" chamber? If so, they would unnerstand and let you in a lot cheaper. My naturopath had one in his office, but it moved on somewhere. I would like to try it.

...I went to the expensive place and other than way more sophisticated testing all under one roof, I was surprised. It still comes down to us taking care of our own stuff. The way I look at it now is they work for me, to do the tests, unfortunately it's up to me to get fixed or not. : (

Yeah us red chip dice players just don't get much respect. Funny thing, a lot of times, just us and the dealers, they know who tips what they can, and who don't.

Man, I didn't want to go this far down the rabbit hole, just to find out most of these dr's just got in it for the money. I want a miracle just as much as the next guy. : ) The dr's don't like a well informed patient any more than the gov. wants a well informed critical thinking public.

Help is where we find it, not always where we think it should be. I get a lot of help from nurses and staff, the grunts if you will of the med. industry. Over and over, they are the ones doing the work, knowing how it is, and the doc, demands his long white coat respect, regardless.

Yeah, acceptance is tough. Surrender was easier. Right now, this moment, is all there is.
