Walked to the food bank, nearly collapsing with the effort.
Declined the two pounds of cheese and two containers of milk thanks to EvevBob's statements.
Got cheap spaghetti, a day old pie labeled Mince that turned out to be cherry pie, a sliced apple, a salad.
For four weeks!
nearly collapsed on the way back, had to be helped the last two hundred feet.

poverty is not fun.

Is it possible you're not registered for Meals on Wheels or any of the other Senior Services available in Florida?

They've been very helpful in several things for my Mom (though we don't do MoW because I cook). Do you need some help getting their attention?

Which 3rd world country are you living
in. If it was America there is all kinds
of help for people in your position.

I don't do MoW, but do have light housekeeping at 20 an hour and laundry at 15 an hour starts jan 2nd. bur rent and utilities come first and housekeeping is once every three or four weeks. mobility scooter is 'in the works' but medicare only pays 80 per cent and I need a super heavy duty cart due to morbid obesity but quacks won't look for any infection causing it.

Because they know it's your diet and
total lack of exercise. I eat between
1pm and 7pm, nothing at all for the
18 hours in between. 20 grams of
carb a day. 1600 calories a day.

And I eat very well. Tonight I made
pork fried rice, made with riced
cauliflower instead of real rice.
Had thin sliced radishes in it, sliced
Brussels sprouts, thin sliced turnip,
about 6oz cooked pork loin. Cooked
in the wok with a little oil and and
egg. A big bowl of food, couldn't
even finish it, under 1600 calories
for the day and 20 carbs,

No sugar, no bread, no grains, no
starches, no fruit, no carb laden
anything.
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

Sounds great, except for the pork part since I have gout.
Does it come in beef fried rice?
What is the brand name involved?

I also have gout and take Allopurinol.
The meal is all cooked by me, I'm the
brand name. I eat no processed food.

finally got a parking placard, drove to the supermarket and passed right by the handicapped spots due to force of habit.

too tired after waiting for the haircut to go get a manicure/pedicure despite all the attractive scenery there.

>>> made with riced cauliflower instead of real rice.
I have no idea how to turn a head of cauliflour into rice.

>>>>>>> sliced Brussels sprouts,
love the stuff but usually just steam them and never slice them.

>>>>> thin sliced turnip,
love turnips, but not too sure what a real one looks like.

how many turnips, caulflowers and sprouts go into one such meal??
