Crazy, the last three years I think Purdue has lost to a #13, #14, and a #16.

Overrated
My Terps didn't just beat them, we crushed them a few weeks ago

FDU was something like 4-26 last year in a weak conference!

NJ is obviously the new basketball state with powers Princeton and FDU.

Drake may have played the worst last 5 minutes I ever saw. They didn’t try to get a shot until 5 seconds left on the shot clock repeatedly. That was on the possessions they didn’t turn it over in the backcourt. Outscored something like 15-1 down the stretch.

I’m sure the FDU win has eliminated all previously perfect brackets.

I was 13/16 day 1 which is excellent, but won’t win me anything.

My son is a Mizzou grad. He doesn’t have high hopes, but they do get lucky to draw Princeton tomorrow in the round of 32.

Ed, wanna bet on Alabama -Maryland?

Sure if they meet in the championship. They're in opposite brackets :-)

LOL
They beat my Terps by 25 at the beginning of the season
They are going to me tough if MD can get that far to play them
They are the 1 and 2 seed in the same bracket
On the plus side MD has grown as the players are getting used to each other
We only returned 1 starter from last years team but reloaded from the transfer portal
Go Terps, Men and Women

I don't watch much women's basketball but my Iowa Hawkeyes have what may be the best player in the country in Caitlan Clark.

I've watched her
My Terps played them 3 times
Only beat them once but we did crush them that game 96 to 68
Terps have a tough game tomorrow after crushing Holy Cross
Arizona was in the National Championship game 2 years ago and still has 4 players from that team
Men have a tough game tonight playing the number 1 team in the country, Alabama
Hopefully Terps keep it close to have a shot at an upset

Maybe Purdue should have been a 2 seed but they weren’t overrated by much. Purdue is a very good team. They lost to MD on the road but they beat them at home. It’s not like football. No team gets through the regular season without a road loss or two to a lesser team. Bama lost to OK and TX A&M. Kansas lost to Kansas St. and Iowa St. 15 and 5 in the Big 10 and 29 wins overall makes you one of the best teams in the country. The first round loss was a shocking upset. I’ll leave it to better basketball analysts to explain why it happened.

And don’t sell your Terps short. They’re a pretty good team. No shame in losing to a good team on the road as long as you don’t do it too often.
The mind hungers for that on which it feeds.

#1 Kansas loses. That is two #1's down on opening weekend and #1 Houston down by 10 currently.

Loved Kansas going down. Great game
Princeton dominated. Amazing
Houston Auburn close now
MD needs an Auburn win. If Auburn wins, their fans will stick around to root against Bama
