Or respond to the video I posted.

The video is the worst kind of reverse
engineering logic. We know the earth
supports life, lets see how many ways
we can shoehorn this into our religious
view of creation. It reminds me of the
culture who thought the earth was on
back of a giant turtle. It made perfect
sense to them with what they knew at
the time. Just like the video makes
sense if you already believe that way.
I like the turtle idea better.

You are funny. There is no mention of religion in the video. It simply lays out an argument based on the impossible odds that we or anything is here by just random chance. Why don't you try to wrestle with the points he makes rather than continue to avoid and insult. I just don't understand you. Are you sure you were not the one who already believes a certain way and is not open to other thoughts?

Yet it is about religion, isn't it.

I think it is about the question of God. The fact that you immediately jumped to some religious shoehorning is a sign to me that you aren't ready to listen to evidence and hear the question.

I didn't hear any evidence. Do you know
at one time we thought civilization
consisted of a few hundred square miles
in the Middle East? For them to postulate
on how many earth like planets there
might be is just silly. They don't have
enough info. I like the saying that the
universe is not only bigger than you
imagine, it's bigger than you CAN
imagine..

The universe is not bigger than we can imagine and we now know alot about it. We especially know alot about the requirements for life. It is God who is bigger than you or any of us can imagine.

For proof take a look at the response I gave SL when he asked about the evidence required for court in the Original Sin thread. He never answered and I guess SL never will. You can take up where (s)he left off.

That's a really interesting statement. Can you truly imagine billions of light years?

I'm asking, not challenging. I have trouble imagining 1,000 kilometers without a map.

Science Magazine is just a rag to your

like you do all my links.

Walmart made a $10 mistake in my bill
today, didn't catch it till I got home.
Not a dilemma for me, but for some
Xtions it is. I know a Xtion woman who
was praying for money and Target
made a $25 mistake and undercharged
her. Not only did she not make it right,
she still praises Jesus for it to this day.

Atheists have no such moral dilemmas,
we know the right thing to do. Religion
hasn't screwed with our heads.

There is scientific evidence for God and the supernatural..

Whose prayers did he answer?

You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really?
