" If you don’t like the decision of an administrator -- tough! We don’t want to hear you complaining about it. "

Only an ass would state such a rule on a site named Diversity Tomorrow.

Diversity on the bench is critical. As practitioners, you need judges who 'get it!' We need judges who understand what discrimination feels like. We need judges who understand what inequality feels like. We need judges who understand the subtleties of unfair treatment and who are willing to call it out when they see it!

tock, tock, tock

The secret administrators are looking in the mirror and do not like what they see. Vigilantes never believed in diversity.

I actually liked the statement. "The decision of the judges is final" combined with "No whining."

I am not questioning the decision of the judges. I do question that you are not allowed to comment on the fairness of any suspension. If that is the case, please change the site to Dictatorship Today !

Calling the Administrator an ass in your first post won't help your case much. That's probably why they put in such rules in the first place. It is a dictatorship, after all. But our dictators are benevolent ones.

I do not consider dictatorship in any form to be benevolent. Already questioning the decision of a judge has been called "whining".
Does that mean you are encouraged to post your opinion, as long as it agrees with mine ?

I used ass as defining a stubborn person. That is not a wanted trait in a judge. I do not question the judges power to rule. I do question that he wants absolutely no input on his decision !

Since someone already made the first post are we seeing someone try to get first suspension?
