I hate this statement

deadrats18 Member since: Oct 24, 2012 Threads: 2 Posts: 24 | " If you don’t like the decision of an administrator -- tough! We don’t want to hear you complaining about it. " Only an ass would state such a rule on a site named Diversity Tomorrow. Diversity on the bench is critical. As practitioners, you need judges who 'get it!' We need judges who understand what discrimination feels like. We need judges who understand what inequality feels like. We need judges who understand the subtleties of unfair treatment and who are willing to call it out when they see it! Debbie Wasserman Schultz |

Calling the Administrator an ass in your first post won't help your case much. That's probably why they put in such rules in the first place. It is a dictatorship, after all. But our dictators are benevolent ones. This space for rent |

deadrats18 Member since: Oct 24, 2012 Threads: 2 Posts: 24 | I do not consider dictatorship in any form to be benevolent. Already questioning the decision of a judge has been called "whining". Does that mean you are encouraged to post your opinion, as long as it agrees with mine ? I used ass as defining a stubborn person. That is not a wanted trait in a judge. I do not question the judges power to rule. I do question that he wants absolutely no input on his decision ! |
