Christianity or heresy. If you're not one you're the other. Which is just not true, there are many other choices that are just as valid as Christianity. But not in the eyes of the church. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

Indeed - the next argument the padre will espouse is that ilife with "gifts of reason and self aware[ness]" elsewhere in the universe are the exception that proves the rule |

Everything is a 'gift' to these people. Santa is alive and well, spewing 'gifts' left and right. Such a bunch of silly nonsense, nothing is a 'gift'. It's hard work thru choice and evolution, calling everything a gift takes away from the importance of it and gives credit where no credit id due at all. Absolutely none. Religion is the original copout. Why think for myself at all, I'll just blame some god for everything. Like FrG does at every turn. If you take a risk, you may lose.
