Looks like Trump was right to be pissed at
the judge. he has ties to not only to Clinton,
but the law firm on the other side of the
case.

Trump is pissed because he's on the losing side of a lawsuit.

His racist attacks on the judge are self-serving. Has nothing to do with "making America great again."

This is a disaster for the Republicans.

I am loving it.

Rasmussen: White House Watch: Trump 42%, Clinton 37%

Eerily reminiscent of last summer when it
was predicted by absolutely everybody
that Trump had a less than zero chance
of being elected dog catcher. He got ahead
early in the polls and never looked back.
Yesterday the Fox poll, now this. Soon the
bookies will follow suit. Maybe Hillary can
rewrite her and Bills horrendous past and she
can grow a real personality. Maybe not..

Rasmussen: White House Watch: Clinton 39%, Trump 38%

Evenbob was happy to point out when Rasmussen had Trump +5, but has since neglected to point out that they now have him -1.

So I am happy to do so.

?????????????
Why
His lawyers have not asked the judge to recuse himself.

Why

Pretty much Trump is claiming any person of any groups he's prejudiced against, will ipso facto have a conflict of interest in any case involving him. In simpler words, he thinks his bigotry should be accommodated by the judiciary.

He can't go away fast enough.

Yep.

There is no real reason for the judge to recuse himself. His lawyers know this.

If they try to get him recused without legitimate cause (and his parent's ethnicity is not even close to a legitimate cause), they could potentially get disbarred.

Trump will fire any old manure he can. Some it will stick. If he had this knowledge and accusation in mind, then he should have said it. But he didn't. He just made some vague notion about the judge's parents.

I think this episode tells you 90% of what you need to know about how Trump will handle being president.

What it tells me is Trump is not at all
PC, and what's wrong with that. There
is something wrong with this judge
thing, something stinks. If Trump loses
it will get appealed and Trump will win
on the appeal. When the woman who
brought the case to court gets thrown
out for misrepresenting herself as something
she's not, the whole case should have been
dismissed and refiled.

Its great, the fewer Hispanic votes him and the republicans get, the better chances for the Dems
Being on the other side, its great
I hope he keeps complaining about the judge for the next 3 months
I hope he tells all his supporters to keep complaining that American Judges cant be trusted due to racism
He's the candidate that will make sure the republicans lose.
I love it
Keep it up Trump :-)

Couple weeks ago his odds were improving with the bookies
Now they are moving him back into long shot territory

There is no request for a recusal in the trial record which is what is looked at on appeal

Just a fantasy
Back to reality
Bookies have Clinton around 1/2
Trump is around 5/1

On the day before the Trump inauguration,
I miss those days of 'reality checks' by the
Leftie experts here. Paddy Power was so
sure Hillary would win they paid off all her
bets 3 weeks early. Ah, reality, reality..
