I totally agree
If a business owner saw what clearly looks like a guy(muscular with facial hair), then I'm sure the business owner would not have a problem with that person using the Mens room even though that person may have been born a Woman. Its win win, everybody comfortable, no law needed.
The common sense approach is best
Look like a guy, mens room
Look like a gal, Ladies room

How would a private business enforce the policy without examining every customer's genitals? (Clothing, hairstyle, and facial features don't always match what's in the underwear.) What if a customer refuses to allow their genitals to be examined? Have you ever met someone whom you weren't sure whether to call "sir" or "madam"?

Same as they do now without looking. Check for the obvious and if a woman brings it to their attention take action. Of course we need good laws so people cannot sue the business in question.

Women will often barge into a men's room if they have to go badly and there is a long line for the woman's room. Sometime's a male friend will walk with them. I've done it more than once. The girl just zips by the urinals and head for an empty stall. Most men are simply indifferent. I've never heard of a man going into a woman's restroom because he had to go badly and the men's restroom was too busy.

Well, the common sense is use the right restroom. But liberals have decided otherwise. This was bound to happen and will continue.

Who is to say what he "looks like?" Are we going to put the state national guard at the door? Maybe a few people so there is a fair vote?
