That just doesn't make any sense at all. Think about what you are writing here. I think we all recognize, or at least those who trust science, that manipulating our environment has caused some pretty big problems for us. From global warming to heavily processed foods wrecking havoc on our health. Mother Nature wins in the end and you kick against the goad all you want to force your desires on our environment and our bodies but the truth will always become clear.

So you live outdoors, naked, eating only what you can catch or find?

Because anything above that state of existence, from a shaped rock to cooked food to sophisticated computers, are a product of human ingenuity manipulating the environment.

You want to hear about problems? How about a 30 year life span? How about sky-high infant mortality rates? How about ever present disease and parasitic infections? How about living with constant malnutrition? How about constant threats from predators?

That's your natural way of living when you reject all the human mind has accomplished.

That is one of the most awful straw men I have ever seen.

Human ingenuity leads to many wonderful things that help the human person. These are things that correspond beautifully to our natural desire to be warm, healthy, and grow in knowledge. There is nothing wrong with using our genius to help ourselves mind, body, and soul to thrive. There is nothing against our nature to wear clothes, to read, invent, etc. There is something against our nature to stop our ability to procreate or perform actions that our bodies were not made to do. We don't manipulate ourselves so that we eat with our ears but we do develop the art of cooking to make things taste awesome. I really hope you can see this distinction.

Let's be perfectly clear here: Natural family planning is a natural way to postpone pregnancy for good reason.
Yes, it does. A monetary one. The couple is putting off creating expenses until they can better afford raising children. You have put a monetary decision on children, thanks.

I know it sickens you to obey God and His commandments

If there were a god that gave commandments,
it wouldn't be sickening at all. What is
sickening, is pious holier than thou people
who thrust their fake god on everybody else
and expect them to embrace their false gods view
of how we should live.

That is one of the possible reasons. It is expensive to raise children and maybe some couples feel the need to wait until they feel more comfortable financially.

It may seem so to you, as you make so many of them.

But you said it leads to horrible problems.

There is a sharp distinction between "natural" as in however random chance and impersonal forces have shaped the Earth, and deliberate human action to change such shapes. A rock found lying in the jungle is natural. The same rock chipped by a hominid so it has a cutting, sort of serrated edge is not natural, neither is a condom

Oh, you mean like swimming underwater for extended periods? Or pushing pedals to move a contraption forward at speeds our bodies can't match? or fly? Or step on the surface of the Moon?

So then, you put a price on life. How much is that child worth?

Ummm...I think we can put a price on raising children, but how much a life is worth? That is a different question isn't it? My answer on how much a child is worth is inestimable and infinite.
