Cost cutting by a mega conglomerate in the hotel, tourism and yachting industry.

Three experienced mariners under contract to deliver a yacht from South Africa to a millionaire's playground in Phuket, Thailand. Forced to take the highly dangerous route through the Indian Ocean and moreover forced to take the highly dangerous Southern Route.

Incorrect and later forged paperwork, knowledge of a major Cyclone in the yacht's path, total inaction and failure to attempt contact with vessel or SAR authorities or family members. Lies, omissions, lawyers and conflicts of interest.

Negligence or Corporate Murder?

Note: Delivery of yachts is a risk due to incomplete and uninspected interiors, bare boned crews, delivery pressure, but it should not be criminally negligent murder.

Okay, I guess no one cares about Murder on the High Seas anymore or a mega corporation that notifies its lawyers and public relations people but not the proper authorities or the families of the missing sailors.
