She can sing too.

Her song "Cups" from the first Pitch Perfect movie was a hit a couple years back.

I have never heard of her and never seen any of the movies listed. The only one that I even recognized was Twilight.
At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent.

Which was a remake of "When I'm gone" from the early 30s. Lulu and the Lampshades added the cups as a drumbeat and few years before Kendrick's version came out. It's an old song. Another old song from the 30s was "Just a Gigolo", remade a few times over the years, most famously by David Lee Roth in mid-80s.

Not surprising

The 18 movies she was in are generally small, or oriented toward teens and/or musicals. So I haven't seen many of them either. I only saw "Up in the Air" this summer.

"Into the Woods" is a musical with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and book by James Lapine which premiered on Broadway on November 5, 1987,

5/15/2015 Pitch Perfect 2 Uni. $184,296,230
9/28/2012 Pitch Perfect Uni. $65,001,093
12/25/2014 Into the Woods BV $128,002,372 (Disney version musical with James Corden)
12/4/2009 Up in the Air Par. $83,823,381

She will be in two movies this fall, and the Ben Affleck movie is already showing trailers.

She was in an ill-fated TV mini series, Laughlin, based on the rise and fall of Geezer Vegas but the show aired something like three episodes before folding despite the director's much-loved "hook" of having a rock video as part of each episode. The hook was worthless particularly when the show was boring.

Anyone know how long it took to rehearse and perform that SNL/LateNight video in the opening post?

No idea. It only aired about 6 weeks ago.
Here is their musical duet from Disney's "Into the Woods" in 2014.

She was a guest actress in the 2nd episode, but she wasn't a series regular.
