Wow, this video is priceless. Look how hip Trump is in this. I love the part at about 70 seconds in, when he looks away from the guy, and when he looks back, his face is saying the guy is a moron and he's not going to put up with much more. My respect for Trump just went higher after seeing this. I've heard both Leno and Letterman say Trump was the best guest because he was quick and witty, and you could make fun of him all you wanted, and he was a good sport about it. And the audience always loved him. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

I agree with you, my respect for Trump went up as well. Nobody should sit there and let some lousy mouthpiece reporter try to demean the interviewee for ratings or page hits. Really good on the Donald. I've tried to remain ambivalent about this political fiasco, hard for me to do seeing videos like this. I am trying not to be a Trump supporter, but if this keeps up I may not be able to resist. The last official act of any government is to loot the treasury. GW |

This was 30 years ago and you can see the disgust Trump had for the lying press even then. He came into this election fully aware of the lies they would tell about him. I don't think any other candidate in history was as prepared to deal with a hostile press like Trump was. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |
