Nobody knows if this means they agree on 17 of the 18, or if they don't agree on any of them. The media is pulling it's hair out. The way it's worded I tend to think they don't agree on any of them. If they agreed on 17 they would have worded it differently. But who knows. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

I find it difficult to teach my son 1) to ALWAYS seek police if ever he's in trouble, while also 2) never talk to the police. Snacks was easier - "Two things you can say to a cop; 'Lawyer' and 'nothing. '" Be bold and risk defeat, or be cautious and encourage it. |

The note from the jury read: Your Honor, if we cannot come to a consensus on a single count, how should we fill in the jury verdict form for that count? And what does that mean for the final verdict? We will need another form, please. It's clear they disagree on only one of the 18 counts. The mind hungers for that on which it feeds. |
