According to the ambiguous link, some American soldiers were apparently on patrol assisting DHS in an unmarked vehicle when apprehended by Mexican military. The Americans surrendered their weapons, and only one of the Americans doing border patrol spoke " a little" Spanish. JFC, lucky they weren't shot. What an awfully written article by CNN. Really difficult to decipher what the article was actually reporting. The last official act of any government is to loot the treasury. GW |

It's amazing how knowledgeable he was and how passionate he was about how the US was constantly screwed by our so called allies on trade deals. He was talking about the presidency even then. No. Trump wasn't talking about not doing business in other countries, like having ties made there. He was talking about how we get screwed on tariffs and how much we can export to the countries that have no import limits here. Huge trade imbalance. If you take a risk, you may lose. Trump has gone on and on about not sending jobs to Mexico, (auto plants), and China screwing us, but Trump was having his clothes made overseas including China, so Letterman brought out samples of Trump doing the same thing. Trump just shrugs. You know, American jobs with American workers. You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really? |

But ties have mostly been imported for decades. Nobody is stealing tie technology. Nobody is dumping ties. Sounds like something Letterman's low-IQ audience would like, though. The President is a fink. |
