(Also, fun math challenge look at the number of his original posts in the last 24 hours and the portion flagged by Twitter for either misleading information or being disputed or unverified.....) The sad thing about his Twitter is that you know that it is him constantly posting, no publicist regardless of how indoctrinated would ever allow such posts to be published. Most politicians have social media managers for a reason....

Its an AP move. You can't be evicted. You can't be penalized. It can't go on your credit report as a negative. It is a free, interest free loan for as long as the government keeps the 'landlords are bad' law in place.

Help wanted signs up all over. Free money as an unemployed person or make around the same employed? As long as the government will pay you not to work, unemployment will remain high.

Agree. A lot of tenants just want to game the system as they think the landlord is making 100% profit. My upstairs unit will remain off the market until this is over. Last tenant tried to get me to forgive her rent. I told her she would have to show me she was laid off and denied unemployment. She kept paying.

Unemployment is 6.7%. That is not even considered recession-level. It is lower than it was in most of Obama's first term. But turn off evictions and too many people will just refuse to pay.

Reich is a socialist who hates anyone who owns the business.

I am curious on how much of the owed back rent will eventually get paid. I am guessing less than 40%.
