Lying on a loan application is a criminal offense. Lying on property tax records is a criminal offense. From what we know (in the public) he was either lying on his property taxes (to make it less) or lying on loan applications (to make it more), you can't have it both ways. Whatever the case, there is zero probability that he was being truthful because its simply not possible. Either this or his apartment magically grows 40-300% larger or smaller depending on what forms he needs to fill out..... |
