High fashion photo shoot at Trevi fountain

This image reminds of a visit I made to the Trevi fountain in Rome about two decades ago. Not so surprisingly they were doing a high fashion photo shoot that day also. A bunch of sweaty guys were staring at these beautiful women in these ridiculous outfits and one of them leaned over and said to me "Those birds look like girls that you could invite over for a casual evening of pizza and beer".

I remember thinking that these photos were of women, but were designed to be viewed by other women.

Guys have their own idea of what is sexy, but it includes an element of "approachable".

approachable, Girl Next Door, real, etc.

That may be why so many companies use their own employees as models.

The super long legged runway strutters with their haughty expressions have a definite turn off factor.
