You completely misread my post.

They invoke the constitution when it comes to 2A, but completely disregard it (meaning the constitution as a whole, not 2A specifically) when it comes to social issues.

Remember, YOU were the one who brought up the Constitution. I was just correcting you.

Social issues are NOT mentioned in the Constitution so I don't know why you even brought it up. For example:
  • Laws legalizing abortion are not unconstitutional
  • Laws banning abortion are not unconstitutional
In other words, it's not a constitutional issue at all, so I don't know why you brought it up.

You need to brush up on your civics my dude.

The 9th amendment literally says the opposite of what you are stating. Rights DO NOT need to be enumerated in the constitution to be constitutionally protected.

The social issues brought up by OP are absolutely constitutional issues.

Lawrence v. Texas established that laws prohibiting anal/oral sex are unconstitutional despite those rights not being enumerated in the constitution.

Pornography is speech protected by the 1st amendment. Therefore any attempt by the government to censor such speech is unconstitutional.

Why are you taking so much issue with this? Do you not find it appalling when liberal or conservative politicians attempt to use government to take away your rights? Or can conservatives do no wrong?

You need to brush up (or learn) what "literally" means, my dude. Because the Constitution does not "literally" say what you just claimed it says. Here's what the 9th Amendment "literally" says, my dude:
