I figure shortly after impeachment. Nixon resigned rather than face impeachment, because he believed there was a good chance he'd be convicted. Clinton believed he wouldn't be. Golden Boy will be convinced he'll be declared Dictator for Life if Congress dares to initiate impeachment proceedings. So the big question is: should we invest in popcorn futures?
