No major legislation will be passed
Trump simply refuses to WORK with congress to get stuff passed
The American people want Obamacare improved
The republican party is so fractured , Obamacare wont be improved or replaced
Simply stunning a Republican President with a majority in both houses of congress cannot even vote on healthcare

A much higher percentage of republicans approve of Trump's job performance, something like 80 or 90% according to Rasmussen, so I think it is interesting that only a bit more than half of them think he has actually been successful so far.
