It's what EVERY prosecutor does, they just don't say it. Mueller said it to IMPLY that maybe Trump farted crosswise in an elevator in 1988 but he doesn't know about it. I heard a dozen prosecutors say it's one of the most unprofessional things they've ever heard a prosecutor say because they NEVER exonerate anybody. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

We can agree to disagree. In a murder trial (your example) if they convince me that there is a 90% chance the defendant is guilty, I have to vote "NOT GUILTY" because the standard is 'guilty beyond a reasonable doubt'. I would NOT say the defendant is exonerated; I would just say he was found 'not guilty'. |

???? "Support what the Country stood for" What does this mean? "Candidate gets blocked at every juncture"??? What does this mean? Being in Congress and getting support from other members is tricky, complicated and really depends on how savvy you are with the system in place I don't really know who she is. So many in congress. If I had to pick a Democrat that stood tallest for our country as of this time it would be her. Obviously the DNC thinks differently.
