Google is building an incredible new building in possibly the best commercial location in London. They will be wedged between the Kings Cross and St Pancras stations in London, so they will have easy access to the trains to Edinburgh Scotland and northern Britain and the high speed rail to Paris.

The back of Google building will border on Regent's Canal and Granary Square

I stayed a few blocks from King's Cross 40 years ago, and it was full of drug addicts, whores and pimps.

The pimps probably bought the clubs and real estate.

Paul Raymond made his fortune on strip clubs after WWII and into the 1970s. He invested heavily in real estate in the Soho section of London, which became extremely fashionable. At the age of 67 he intended to turn his business over to his 36 year old daughter, Debbie, but she died from a heroin overdose leaving a 9 month old daughter and a second daughter about the age of five..

After that he became a recluse until he died at age 82 and left the bulk of his fortune (80%) which may have been a billion dollars to Debbie's two teenage daughters.
