I'm farther up than Tampa. Haven't decided which way I will head if it takes dead aim. I might even go South instead of farther North.

Visited FL twice and wanted to leave the
minute I got there. Had a friend who
said his company sentenced him do 2
years in FL, it felt like 10. People live
there on purpose, god knows why.

Cold weather sucks donkey balls unless I'm skiing.
You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really?

It's not just the weather in FL that sucks.
It's flat and ugly, with tons of traffic and
fat and old people. And crime, and homeless,
and minorities. You can have it.

If I lived in your state I'd have to talk about places like Florida to keep from dying from intense boredom. And Winter cold.

No place is boring, only you yourself bring the
boredom. Winter is winter no matter where
you are. Short days and it's dark when you
get out of work. FL sucks for 100 reasons
other than you can't go outdoors 8 months
of the year.

How do you even know you haven't died of boredom already? I find it pretty convincing you're already dead of boredom.

In Alaska the bugs can be legendary, the mosquito's in June thru August, and the little biting black flies, [white socks] and even some no see'ums. But come Sept, after a good freeze those bugs die off or hibernate, but they are gone until June again. There isn't any native spiders I don't think? No snakes, crocodiles or Scorpions, luv bugs, beetles, ants etc. etc.
I went to Florida for Thanksgiving once and I could hardly believe my eyes. There were so many bugs it seemed like the lawn crawled. The cockroaches were incredible. The bugs never go away! Hateful.

FL is crawling with everything. Crawling with
old people, crawling with homeless and
illegals, crawling with criminals and drugs.
And on top of that, 8 months of the year
people run from their air conditioned
house to their air conditioned cars
and from the car into the air conditioned
stores and work places. It's literally hell.

Here's an entertaining video with the
10 worst states in the US to live in. I
thought FL would make #1 but it's
#2, right above Mississippi. I agree
with every one one of these, btw.

MI would never make a list like this.
The weather here is gorgeous 7
months of the year, sunny and low
humidity. The winter isn't that
bad and it's winter, the days are
short everywhere, you're just as
restricted on time wherever you
live.

If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

Boredom is a sensation I'm not familiar with.
I've never been bored, I'm too much of a
reader. I've had my nose buried in books
since about 4th grade. Readers are often
boring, but bored? Never.
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

Its the weather. Plus in FL you do not have the loony bin that is CA. Another thing is you can make your fortune off the snowbirds and retirees who come for the weather. In 2007 I saw such a sweet business. Casino-style gameroom with a legal card room in back. The game room was some kind of skill-based machine and paid off in gift cards so as to not be a real casino. The card room worked bingo-style. You had to split the vig with some local nonprofit who helped run the games.

So you get fortune seekers as well. One thing about FL is people really put the miles on their cars since everything seems far apart. It is a great place to find used cars cheap.
The President is a fink.
