A contestant on Season 3 of The Voice, Martinez has been accused by fellow musician Timothy Heller of committing sexual assault. It seems that Timothy is a girl. Melanie says all sex was consensual. I think it was Chuck Berry (October 18, 1926 – March 18, 2017) who used to ask a girl to pose with him when they were both nude, holding each other and smiling before he had sex with anyone. It was his defense against any future rape charges. |

Those claims are usually vague. More people will hear the name "Timothy Heller" from this charge than for anything else she has ever done. If for nothing else than "rape by sex toy". The notoriety may bring her more gigs, but you can always say that was a byproduct. |
