Cheaper than divorce, he figured. Blake had a long career but he always had a couple screws loose.. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

75? wow. He was on MASH 40 years ago, starting in 1977. He was bald at age 35, and still got work in Hollywood. Jus sayin'. |

I was actually in the stands for the miracle mile at the Empire Games in 1954 in Vancouver. My dad was a huge track and field fan and pumped up the race so much that I actually still have some memories of the day. "but if you make yourselves sheep, the wolves will eat you." Benjamin Franklin |

I still watch MASH a couple of times a week. I believe Stiers was an accomplished musical conductor. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent. |

I thought that was Werner Klemperer.. Klemperer was a violinist and an accomplished concert pianist. He broadened his acting career by performing as an operatic baritone and a singer in Broadway musicals. He can also be heard as the Speaker in Arnold Schoenberg's Gurre-Lieder, in a 1979 live performance with the Boston Symphony Orchestra. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |
