I wish I knew about the english teaching jobs just out of college, but then again I was not as interested in the place back then. These days I just think it would fit my thing about not liking normal vacations. OTOH I hear when you get outside of the "neat" areas it is like one concrete office park surrounded by "little boxes" houses.* *I hate "little boxes" here in the USA, the song is very true. At the shop we were talking about it and one kid had never heard the song. I guess I might not have if not for music class. I still hate HOA living. Seems to me like a gentle prison. The President is a fink. |

I remember a sales meeting over 20 years ago where we were told in WWII they had lots of chute fails. Then they started making the guys who packed the chutes jump with one of the chutes they packed. Problem solved! The President is a fink. |

You wouldn't freefall and pull your own parachutes in a situation like that . You would get tangled up They are all on a static line. The intervals are tightly controlled.   |
