That Killing Eve show emphasizes how a female who is young attractive and attractively clad is simply not viewed as a threat much less a professional assassin there to kill for money and enjoyment.

Most men seem to adopt Billy Joel's views of a special status. I think most marriages start off with the 'equally yoked' concept of a team and common goals but many marriages do descend into staying together for economic and social stability. I think it was in the sixties that some white house staffer said 'if there is no room on this evacuation plane for my wife, then there is no room on it for me". And after Fukishima one American teacher of English told the Air Force that if they could not evacuate his Kiwi wife, they surely couldn't evacuate him, so he faced the radiation and confusion with her rather than being flown to safety.

Bob doesn't want my pity but that is what I feel towards him. Not knowing an equal relationship with someone who has the same goals.......

I don't understand why talking like this
means it's hateful towards women. I
didn't used to have this opinion. I
learned it over many decades of experience
and observation. It's like being an atheist.
You don't just wake up one day and
declare you don't believe in god. It
gradually happens over time. Like learning
about women does.

Somebody asked why I never say
anything positive about women.
Here goes.

They live longer than men.

They give better gifts than men

They forgive faster than men, but
also remember the infraction far
longer and always have it loaded
in their gun.

They have a higher tolerance for pain.

They look better naked than men do.

They do better in school.

They're better dancers.

They manage debt better and are
better organized.

They tend to keep their hair and
not go bald like men do.

That's all I have, can I list the things
men are better at than women?
