Jeez, blocked.

That’s what happens when EB is blatantly wrong about something. He blocks and prays it goes away.

I don't want to put down a movie I've never seen. However, I think if I were a woman I would prefer see other women doing something original as opposed to copying an already proven successful movie starring men.

Mind Reading in the context of light comedy is relatively rare . "What Women Want" was actually one of Mel Gibson's biggest films worldwide, behind "Signs" which was a movie I hated. It was also one of Helen Hunt's biggest films behind "Twister" which strained credibility.

It's a very funny movie with some excellent dialogue, and I highly recommend it. It reminds me of the best of the 1930s screwball comedies.

Given the ability to know what women are thinking leads Mel down different alleys. He uses it to get laid, and to to advance his career. Then he is humiliated to find out not every woman thinks he is a God. He has to deal with his daughter now that he knows what she is thinking. The love relationship with Helen Hunt is almost as good as the relationship between her and Jack Nicholson in "As Good as it Gets".

There is a genuinely touching scene with Judy Greer, early in her career, as Erin the File Girl.

Haha, looks like they are making a “What Men Want” spin-off scheduled for release next January.

Nancy Meyers (director of What Women Want) came up with the story and its being directed by Hollywood super-gay Adam Shankman.

I wonder if EB will be first in line to see it, in front of all the other alpha males of course.

Taraji has a theme going. She spent two movies thinking like a man, now she knows what they are thinking.
