Please note I have never asked anything for the expense I pay to host this site and it is pretty much advertising free. The ad for Brandon above was meant to be something to get other advertisers interested, but nobody has ever expressed an interest in buying his spot of the other one. As a reminder, ad space IS available. I'm not in personal financial distress, so please consider this just a request you throw something in the hat to keep the site going, if you have enjoyed using it. I wish it was just an excuse. Do you know how much a new drain field costs? I did the tank 2 years ago. "Although costs vary according to the size of the leach field, soils and costs of local permits, expect to pay between $5,000 and $20,000 for leach field replacement. It is the most expensive component of the septic system." Got one estimate of $7500, getting another tomorrow. I could put in a dry well, but that's illegal. I know a guy that did it for $2000.
