No "restless" at all is jard to believe, but I an noticing I toss and turn less.

I woke in the exact position I went
to sleep in. I can't imaging tossing
and turning, I'm there to sleep, not
get exercise..

People have routines for so many
things in life. Many have a morning
routine that never varies. They do
this and that and this every morning.
But how many have a routine for sleep.

Mine is rigid and it works so well I
start to fall asleep before the light
goes out. I've trained myself that
it's sleep time, and my sleep routine
works like a Pavlonian dog..
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

Consider yourself lucky, I have never slept well. Even as a kid. Even as a baby they once gave me beer in my bottle to get me to sleep. I knock pillows out of the bed. I need a very dark room. I keep looking for herbal nighttime aids.

Luck is absent here. I worked at it
for years. I wear a nose strip, noise
reduction muffs, watch mindless stuff
on Youtube for the last 20 min,
turn out the light at exactly the same
time. All this routine tells my brain it's
time to shut down and sleep.

=I have never slept well.

Try eight alcoholic drinks and 20mg of Zolpidem. It works wonders for me.

There's a reason you don't sleep. For
me it was about turning my mind off.
My routine does that for me. I look
forward to the routine, because I know
it will work. The last thing I do is watch
pictures from the past on sites like
Yesterday Today. Stuff that takes no
thinking. Then at exactly the same time
I start getting ready to turn off the
light and I'm already lucid dreaming
sometimes.

I once mixed a sleeping pill with some other kind of pill. I slept later than in years, maybe to 10. Was living with my parents and my mother asked me what on earth I took. Said she tried to wake me but no dice. When I woke up I knew I had really knocked myself out. Would have died in a fire.

Still in the first 100 nights, but I feel like I have had it forever. Some mornings as I wake I feel like a rock, totally sound in bed and relaxed. Cold enough that I do not use the cooling feature, and I have yet to use the warming one since a cool bed is a comfortable bed.

Today I took the remote to the store to find out why it did not have control for the feet raise feature. The woman there remembered me. I brought the remote to be shown, not knowing that without the bed there the poor remote was confused and could not be used. Well, she takes a look and says, "They sent you the wrong remote!" Verified my name and banged on the computer a moment. Hands me a new remote, and wishes me a nice day.

I was amazed. I thought she would have them send me one. It was the kind of transaction that when it was over you keep wondering the catch. Has to be a catch. No catch. I even got to keep the old remote. Only downside is I had to get my out of shape self down on the floor to unplug and replug the system to pair the remote.

Too bad the footwarmer added too much to the cost to justify it.
