Not really. Democrats are very over represented among the welfare rolls. And the idle rich. Did you not hear how Trump captured the working class to win?

The Democrats stopped representing the "working man" in the late 60s. Since then they represent the welfare state and depend on a coalition of various special interest groups.

If you count Farm Subsidies as welfare, then you are wrong.

Even if you just count Food Stamps, the gap is not as big as you think (about 10% more of Democrats have received Food stamps at some point in their life)....

Overall its a pretty small number. Most working people vote Democrat. Really most Americans vote Democrat (look at the popular vote, I know you probably think its wrong like Trump), but even so, there are simply more Democrats..... And, as young people start to outnumber the old, these numbers continue to shift in this direction. This is a good thing.

Even Michael Savage said Trump will probably be the last old school conservative President of America (even if he wins this fall), the demographics are just shifting too fast in the blue direction.

Uh, no. Democrats are concentrated in a few liberal areas. Look at a county map, most places vote GOP.

As to how young people vote, the ones the most liberal tend to be the most stupid and uninformed, just following groupthink. Go watch some YT street interviews. They hate "Trump Quotes" until they find out they are from Obama. They are outright racist in their comments about minorities being incapable of getting an ID to vote or get into college on merit. They do not understand any kind of reality, they just spit out Democrat talking points like they are on PMSNBC.

They go to college and live in their little echo chamber.

You are the typical liberal, thinking all demo groups will block vote like Blacks have. Reality is that will not happen and other shifts will. A look at liberal governed places shows that it is not want we want any more of. Unless you like homeless taking dumps on the streets, slums, crime, and thrid world income inequality.

He’s pandering for the Black vote. Totally unnecessary. The Dems could bring back slavery and the Blacks would still vote for them. The Dems own the Black vote. Have, since slave owner Andrew Jackson founded the pro-slavery Dem Party in 1826. Even with the Poll Tax, literacy tests, and Jim Crow laws, all enforced by the Dem started KKK, the Blacks always voted Dem. Even after Teddy Roosevelt integrated the military, the Blacks still voted Dem. Even after Dem President Woodrow Wilson re-segregated the military, the Blacks voted Dem. Even after Franklin Roosevelt refused to integrate the military and refused to denounce lynchings, the Blacks still voted Dem. He never even congratulated Jesse Owens for his performance in the Olympics, or invited him to the Whitehouse. According to Owens, Hitler met with him and shook his hand. Even after LBJ called them Ni##%@$, and Dems filibustered the Civil Rights Bill for 57 days, and 82% of Republicans versus 69% of Dems in the Senate voted in favor of the Bill, the Blacks still voted Dem. Doesn't look like this one: "prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one's own race is superior."

or this one : "the belief that all members of each race possess characteristics or abilities specific to that race, especially so as to distinguish it as inferior or superior to another race or races."
