I may be getting DT and WoV confused, but at least on one of them the Wiz made it quite clear that announcing a block was a suspendable offense. Its a LONG time ago, but it did happen. |

It was Mission that complained years ago about it and no, it never became a rule. It was a suggestion at WoV. It made no sense, so what if you announce someone is blocked. Who cares. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |
