He couldn't beat unlikable
Cruz with a ton of cash, yet he can
beat a likable incumbent president?

Donald, likable? In your dreams.

That's right, CNN didn't cover the rallies
where 10's of thousands showed up because
they love Trump. All experts on both sides
agree Trump campaigning for his party
is what kept the Senate, and kept the House
losses down. You have no idea what's going on.
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

“Kept the House losses down?”

You live in a fantasy land.

What “kept the Senate” was the map of who was up for election. If Hillary was President, the GOP would have gained a supermajority. Gaining two seats is a pretty horrible result for them with that map.

And Donald campaigned a lot in Montana and West Virginia and Nevada and Ohio. The Dems still won there.

The Democrats have lost seats in a bigger way than the republicans in the past.

However, this was the most seats the Democrats have
gained at once since Watergate.

No. The only reason they lost the House
was 35 incumbents retired in 2017
because they thought reelection would
be impossible with Trump as president.
They thought his polls would be in
the toilet, not at near 50%. It should
have been a bloodbath in the House,
the Dems should have picked up
60 to 70 seats. Trump's rallies kept
it to a minimum.

Picking up any Senate seats in a mid
term for a sitting president is a huge
success. If all those asshat Repubs
hadn't chickenshit retired, Trump
would have easily kept both houses.

Now we get to see the Dems stunble
all over themselves for 2 years. Like
Rush always says, the Dems are the
most entertaining when they have
the House. The dumb leading the
clueless.

Yeah, we all remember how the Dems taking the House in 2006 backfired on them.

*I did not quote the entire post*If you're wondering who Kamala Harris, she is the junior senator from California, who took over Barbara Boxer's seat. I can't say that I know anything about her at this point, except she might be the most attractive member of the Senate.

Anxiously awaiting the sex club tape of her with other politicians when she was "making her bones" back in the day (this has been a persistent rumor and "blind item" for a while now)

What are the odds the Dems will not nominate a straight white male?

Biden will be 78 in 2020, and he's
an idiot. Not a chance..

For the Dems, that seems like a pro rather than a con LOL
