Lots of cool stuff here, somebody went to a heck of a lot of trouble and expense to make the mood just right.

Although the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is similar to it's companion series, Riverdale, there is a vast difference in the production budget of broadcast show that gets a million viewers than to a Netflix series where viewership is possibly 20X as high.

I guess that a new Josie and Pussycats will be next. This image is from 2001 film.

It's difficult to imagine growing up with that level of fame.

The show gets darker, Bob.

I hope you watch all 10, I am curious about what you think about the whole season.

I watched the first 4 or 5 and thought I was done with it, but I had a little time and watched another two, and it had grabbed me again so I finished the last episodes later.

Ep 5 was the last one I saw, I didn't
care for it at all. It was about a demon
trapped in the house who messed
with their dreams. I almost turned
it off twice. I'll do a couple more and
see how it goes.

I knew the woman who plays Aunt Zelda
looked familiar. She played Eowyn in LOTR.

Lucy Davis was in 14 eps of The Office
and played Etta in Wonder Woman.

Michelle Gomez (Miss Wardwell) has been
working steadily for 30 years in TV and
movies.

Richard Coyle has worked more than all
of them, he's always in demand,

She wasn't always fat and frumpy. She's
only 45 but looks way older. Here she
is just 13 years ago.

Yeah I mainly remember her from Shaun of the Dead. The first time I saw her in Wonder Woman, I didn’t even recognize her.

Lucy Davis became famous playing Dawn, from the Office in UK. The character was renamed Pam in the American version. After Shaun of the Dead Lucy moved to California. She's had health problems all of her life including bulimia and finally just gave up trying to be skinny.

Halfway thru ep 9, where she brings
the brother back from the dead and
he's not right, I got really bored and
turned it off and haven't thought
about it since.

I realized the show has no central
theme, I don't know what it's about.
So far it's a hodge podge of stories
that wander about looking for a
purpose. Can somebody tell me what
the main purpose of the show is?

The Xfiles was about aliens, that was
the center story. Gilligan was about
getting off the island. Cop shows
are centered on catching bad guys.

What is the main story of Sabrina. So
far it's a not likeable, smart aleky
wise ass girl who does whatever she
wants and everybody puts up with
her for a reason they haven't really
explained. And I swear, Sabrina and
Sally Draper are the exact same character.
Same attitude, same facial expressions,
same everything. I think it's all she can
play. And she looks like she's 14, way
too young to be believed in a dark part
like this. When she cut the sisters throat,
I laughed because it looked silly.

It would be a better show with a more
mature looking actor. With this tiny
baby faced girl, it's just not believable.
