Since this vegetarian muffin is not suitable for vegetarian consumption, one must assume that it is made out of vegetarians.

Speaking of veggies
Just saw my DR
Some of the foods I have to lay off are Asparagus and spinach
WTF
Growing up with Mom, she pushed both foods on me for healthy eating
My doc advised me to go on a low purine diet. Apparently asparagus and spinach are high purine foods

You must have "gout" (a type of arthritis).

Foods with the highest purine content include liver, organ, and game meats, sardines, mussels, anchovies, herring, and beer.

For veggies avoid asparagus, spinach, cauliflower, mushrooms, and green peas

The Gout.
Oxalic acid in spinach and tea and the like can be bad. Asparagras is perhaps doubly worse as asparagrine is a cancer accelerator.

Big difference between inducing gout and inducing a gout flare up. Also that is why a micro brew can be great but a commercial beer will induce a flare up of gout. Fosters, its Australian for gout, mate.

Spain and Portugal are the only countries that test for infections upon gout diagnosis, no one else does yet its obviously an early spring onset in great toe disease that is highly suggestive of infection particularly when its Spring on the 'wrong' side of the equator.
P. multocida is a candidate organism.

Go on the atkins diet and consume liver pate....wind up with gout.

No gout thank goodness
But
My tests show its coming if I don't do something
Therefore going low purine to prevent gout :-)

Uric acid usually means high intelligence and is the 'on off ' switch for the immune system since it would not do for an organism to have something an invader could focus on directly.

I eat sardines every day, no problem.
The only things that effect my gout
are organ meats and mushrooms.
