Talked and talked to one online, never wanted to meet. Bring it up and she goes nuts. Asked more about where she worked and she went nuts. Send out 10 greetings and get maybe one reply. I did work next to one who was all over all the dating sites. And we all knew she was mostly out for free dinners. She did tell how she hooked up with this one or that one from time to time. But we saw what was going on. She gave off a crazy vibe like you would not believe. Ger one of those dining club cards for when you do meet them out somewhere. The ones who think you are cheap are not worth it. The President is a fink. |

The world is full of crazy women and most of them are on dating sites. I would just assume that any woman I would be serious about would never be on a dating site, she would be too busy turning down dates in real life. For a woman to go on a dating site just screams desperation to me. And who wants a desperate woman, they're terrifying. If she's that unnattractive, or has that many kids or failed relationships, that she has to advertise herself online, why would I want her. For men it's different. Single men are so mistreated by women they'll do anything to find a good one, even troll for them online. If I was single, I would get a dog and join a dog park where you pay to walk your dog every day. Women who own dogs are usually very nice people. A few years ago I did this, and was surprised how nice the women were to me. Friendly, talkative, we had our dogs in common. I'm married, but if I was single it's the first place I'd look for nice women. Dog people are nice people, that's a fact. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

Wish having a dog made sense for me. I'd rather have a good dog than be married to tell the truth. There is a real peace to deciding you have given up looking or caring. eHarmony declared me unmatchable in their algorithm. Probably right. Some don't get that you do not care to even look. Still remember I worked with this one guy, Southern-Baptist guy. Guy asked if I was married, seeing someone, something else. No, no, HELL NO, were my answers. Somehow I said I had stopped looking. Dead stone look on his face. Asks if I am serious. Keep telling him not seeing someone, not looking, don't care. No matter what he didn't grasp it. The President is a fink. |
