At least he's being proactive about the
problem. It won't work, you can't
change people. The protoprick see's
all of you as replaceable, why would he
change.

I worked in an insanely hostile environment, nearly killed, got canned and didn't get that job back. Not that I wanted to. I was even in a labor union, who did absolutely nothing to represent me. But that was in the 70's.
