Talking to you on this is like talking to the wall. STRAIGHT MALES DO NOT INITIATE GAY SEX! If they did they would no longer be straight. Married has nothing to do with it, they use the women as beards. If you do not know what a beard is go use the urban dictionary. I've had enough of this. The President is a fink. |

It is NOT a correct description. They were either gay or bi men who were married to women. I could not give a crap as to what they ‘identify’ as! As soon as they had sex with boys they were GAY, or bisexual. THEY WERE NOT STRAIGHT no matter how they identified!!! This is NOT a difficult concept, but for some reason it can’t seep into some.... |

LOL, I don't how many times I've heard proof from the right put in terms of "this is what they said" is proof that something is true. Oh yeah, here's an example. "Women love abortion" is proof the entire left loves abortion because some women apparently said that. You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really? |

But, you concede that the men are or were at the time legally married to women (straight-married) [again in most cases -virtually all-]? And, since they have children they clearly had heterosexual sex at least once (again probably some rare exceptions you can dredge up of adoptions and prior marriages etc...)? So calling them "straight-married" is a correct term (again for most cases, virtually all, so yes, generalizing). I liked your earlier point of not wanting to get into semantics, but since you are going this route: Just about every gay man I know has had some type of sex with at least one woman (generally more than one), did they cease to be gay as soon as they had sex with a woman? Of course not because this would be absurd (but this logic is constantly used in reverse)..... Also, I can point to straight men (and far more straight women, I suspect the rates are similar, but women are just more willing to talk about it, probably because it is more socially acceptable) who have had some sort of homosexual experiment. Are they forever gay because they had a desire to try such an act at one point in their life? It seems that people are only willing to throw on the label of "forever gay" when the encounter is nonconsensual and abusive.... It is a modern way of generalizing gays as more sexually predatorial. Somebody on here some time back (I can't remember if it was you or not, so I will be careful not to attribute) even said that (paraphrasing) : "gay sex in prison regardless of consent does not count, because its the only option, so its not fair to label prior imamates as gay regardless of sex while incarnated" …. Which does not seem to mash with any of the other stated views of your side of somebody being "gay" if they ever have any kind of homosexual encounter willingly…. |

From all reports you are celebrate. At least you have indicated that you have given up on finding a romantic partner. The actual reasons for that are possibly a discussion for another thread but nevertheless, why you think that you have any idea how any orientation acts or what they want is anyone’s guess. Get back to us when you are back out there in the real world actually pursuing women like real single straight men and not sitting in the faculty lounge prognosticating. |

It's what the newer generations strive for, I call it the Roddenberry effect. It's why I stopped watching Star Trek 30years ago. They want a future that's vanilla, where all cultures merge into one culture. Where people wander in and out of sexual relationships with whoever they please, either sex, and nobody cares or even notices. Where all drugs are readily available and the planet is one huge Socialist paradise. Never gonna happen, the Muslims and Xtians will see to that. Organized religion does have it's positive uses, even tho I'm an atheist. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |
