Many. Its sadly common. Here, shakedowns of homeless by gangsters is common because they know they often have lots of cash and drugs on them, and will almost never go to the police... It's an easy target with minimal risk of a police report. |

As well as donating his own money for an expirement to show that extra money increases happiness and decreases stress. It seems that every relevant billionaire (the billionaires most people would list when asked "name billionaires") supports UBI. Gates, Musk, Buffet, Zuckerburg.... (Trump may be a famous billionaire who is the exception , if he really is a billionaire). |

Billionaires always support this kind of thing as it will not cost them. Only an idiot would need to "experiment" to see if a person having more money decreases stress. How about an experiment on how on earth you pay for it? You can't. The President is a fink. |

I mean you can't techically have an expirement on "paying for it" until implementation. But, a value added tax, with increased tax rates would cover it. |

So you think by trading a $10 for 2 $5s gives you more money? The President is a fink. |

There will always be people who just can't stand it that there are rich people, it's just so unfair. Why can't they 'share' with all of us. That's not how it works, it's why socialism and communism always fail. Take away the reward for working hard (wealth) and you have nobody working hard at anything. Why bother. Go beach, drink beer. As the lazy native Hawaiians would say.. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

You don't even have to be "rich." If you ever do something as small as flip a house, have a side hustle, hit a stock nice, even do good at the sports book. You will hear people say, "must be nice" with a smirk. Or if you saved and paid for your house or have a paid for but modest car. "No payment? Don't you have it nice!" Yes, I have it nice because I gave up many a free night to go earn. Took a risk on an investment. Studied what to bet. When you don't spend all your time watching silly TV, drinking, getting high, and the like you get productive. The President is a fink. |

He deserves to be Mayor of New York. Unfortunately, I will be the first to admit there are many on the left who have an extreme hatred of Isreal, so he is taking some heat for this. |

Not really a fan of a nation defining itself as religious based entity. Because that will never define all the people who live there and is automatically exclusionary in appearance if not in practice Same with the USA being called a Christian nation and Islamic nations. But I wouldn't be a fan of specifically defining a nation as atheist either. Because that would also be exclusionary. You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really? |
