I hate to be the skeptic, but I am.

I think a 99% casino is a terrible idea and will lose money. Hopefully I am wrong.

I don't know that it will lose money at 99% automatically. My thing is that the public likes bonuses. People will play 6:5 blackjack 21 because they like the nice, shiny, strip casino. The people who will show up will be sharps who will try to find any edge they can. Don't do anything stupid like $.01 craps with a limit of $5 letting bots marty it to death.

Wizard, have you thought about what your customer acquisition costs will be? I have hear that many online casinos have a $30 to $50 cost per customer. I realize it depends on how much advertising you do and how much you pay affiliates to bring customers in.
At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent.

Wizard, Don't underestimate the potential cost of acquiring me as a customer.

One casino chain banned me for taking many thousands off them. Another chain lost me as a customer when they wised up to my 'cost.
One that I'm still a member of shows a summary of total deposits, total withdrawals and laughingly 'net deposits'. The 'net deposits' is a nice big negative number which shows the cost of having me as a customer has been significant, so far.
If an online casino can be beaten, even by luck, it will be beaten by somebody. That's above and beyond regular promotional customer acquisition and platform licensing and running costs.

Thanks for noticing. I've been trying to get this casino going for over two years now. Maybe the doors will never open, but I can at least get a web site going.

Cool. I usually have many suggestions that you'll never use.

Already have some.

With 99 return you may need to act more like Walmart. They advertise low prices all the time more than running special discounts. Although they do both.

In fact, you should probably advertise as "99, the casino that saves you money"

Can't you loosely apply Kelly criteria here?
Platform costs would have a floor value that has to be covered as a fixed cost.
Traffic costs and licencing costs roughly incremental and proportional to footfall.
Lets say you have a 2% edge after player mistakes and platform expenses?
What proportion of your total bankroll should you expose to any single wager?
Would your customers stick around if that was your table max?
Would the 2% from small fry reliably cover your fixed costs?

You sure need to do your actuary homework.

Research how to get some free advertising. Internet, books. Should be lots of ideas, some which might work.

As a variation, if the 99 idea isn't financially sound, advertise as the Casino which guarantees there will always be some 99 games

I'm going to buy casino98 97 96 95 in case you have a change of heart.

Actually, on a tangential theme. I once bought some cheap nicad batteries where the aaa cells had '2000' in their labelling and the aa cells had '3000'
Intuitively I assumed that was their capacity in mAH.
It was a cruel con. Implied but never lied.

If you do have bonus specials, don't reinvent the wheel, but steal everyone else's ideas and use promotions that you already know aren't easily exploitable.

Check for laws pertaining, if any restrictions to using certain words and ideas associated with.
