Impersonating a servicemembers is only a crime if it is used to obtain benefits that you are otherwise not entitled to.... You can dress up as a Navy Seal if you want, free speech covers that....

That kind of reminds me of the time a poster posted a picture of a Puppet Seal who was dressed like a Navy SEAL and had a tongue sticking out smile, so :P and wrote "Donathan " on top. A Poster replied God, that Puppet Seal even has Donathan's trademark tongue Smile!" LMAO! :D
