So I'm not seeing your point. What do you hope to gain.

I hoped to "gain" your realization that there are such concepts as "plating" and "artful presentation."

Frankly you posting daily pics of what you slap together haphazardly in your man cave to eat with your pet saber tooth tiger by your side is weird: why bother, who cares other than you?

Maybe it would be OK if you limited these posts to rare occasions, or to feature something interesting or unusual, but no, we get an endless blizzard of uninspired colon fodder.

Just another "I'm better than you guys will ever be" move, that's how I see it, and frankly you're no "better" than any of us swinging dicks.

There, EB, did that answer your question to your satisfaction?

What an odd question. How would I know the answer. And that I care is enough for me. Stay tuned, a new one coming this evening using albacore tuna, something I seldom eat because of the high mercury content. Be sure and tune in, you know you want to see it. Albacore tuna has more omega-3s then sardines which I did not know until today.

Albacore tuna and avocado salad on toast. Made with celery, red onion, cumin, sour cream, dijon mustard. The most important ingredients are the coarse ground pink salt and the coarse ground peppercorns. They make the flavor profile really stand out. The pink salt is so much better than table salt because it's not overly salty. I would say it's half as salty as table salt. And the coarse ground peppercorns taste nothing like that awful dried-up pepper you get in a can.

Can't say I much care for tomatoes with pithy, yellow centers but you gotta take what you can get.

You asked who cares what I ate today. Apparently you do, you comment on almost every post.

Now that they have legalized online gambling again in Michigan I play roulette at two casinos everyday. I would play at more the two seems to be enough.
