Is it coincidental that you and DRich
probably have more health issues
than the rest of here combined,
and you both have very odd eating
habits. Just sayin..

It must be coincidence. I have only had two operations this year which is well below my normal.

It's a proven fact nutrition intake
has nothing to do with good
health. (sarcastic snicker)

Chicken fat covered cabbage steaks
topped with creamed turnip greens.
Polish sausage. This combination was
super.

I didn't get brain damage and a broken back from high fructose corn syrup lol.

I am not willing to admit brain damage yet, but my broken back seems to be healed and on Tuesday hopefully the surgeon will allow me to start golfing again. Golfing includes cigars and lots of alcohol so I should be back to my normal self soon.

cauliflower rice (with forbidden butter), then MoW's Hawaian chicken (?) with rice, jelly donut, water bottle.
then Two small burger patties with flavorful grease. rest of water bottle. Soon COFFEE-water. Maybe it will wake me up.
Unfortunately flowed up with three additional greasy burgers and some Luke warm coffee.
my 'greasy burger nap' was two hours long.

Yesterday my wife and I went to the ghetto to try a new catfish place that gets good ratings. The wife had the catfish platter and I had the combo of fried catfish and fried Red Snapper. The wife thought the catfish was disgusting and tasted like dirt, I thought it was average at best. The Red Snapper was better and I would give it a 4 out of 5.

Bottom feeder fish are always disgusting.
Catfish is also full of the bad Omega 6 fat,
which causes all kinds of health problems.

We both like good Southern fried catfish. This fish was not good.
