Ricky Gervais: celebration of Atheism

Ricky Gervais Netflix first series, "Afterlife" is very poignant. Gervais himself calls it his best work.

It's billed as a comedy, but it's a pretty black one. Gervais plays a middle-aged widower (and atheist of course) of a 25 year intensely happy marriage who is plunged into suicidal despair.

It premiered on 8 March 2019, on Netflix, so I am seeing it a little late.
