In South Vegas

Not sure what the definition of South Vegas is in your mind. South of Warm Springs RD?

West Tropicana Avenue and South Decatur Boulevard: This intersection, which is located just outside of the Orleans Hotel & Casino, is often heavily congested with traffic. Beyond the cars, there is also a large amount of foot traffic in this area that can create additional issues.

Do you means Wards II or IV of Henderson NV?

The actual City Limits are fairly small

Yes , south of Warm springs road
I forgot
The city is small and the strip is outside the city
I think the city is really well designed in that a major highway runs parallel to Las Vegas Blvd.

The population density is much lower South of Warm Springs Rd. Arden is ~ 2.6 miles south of Warm Springs Rd.

Your worst intersections are on Charleston, Sahara, Tropicana (east-west ) plus UNLV entrance and intersection of Warm Springs and Eastern by Sunset Park.

The city circle in the city I was born in, Indianapolis, was completed around a monument in 1902. From the looks of things, they closed it to cars. Now only foot traffic.

I definitely remember it always being referred to as circle.

For me the hardest roundabouts were in Europe when I am already driving on the wrong side of the road.

I can one up that. There are roundabouts in the Bahamas where you are driving on the wrong side of the road, but the cars are made in the US and have the steering wheel on the left side.

Total mind-melt.

The newest variation is the "magic roundabout"

I am finding Vegas very easy to drive around
Many roads 3 lanes
Google maps has me doing a lot of U turns and being in a truck, I need the 3 lanes to do it safely
Also many roads have a right lane for buses only
That makes right turns easy as the right lane is always empty
All the roads are in good shape

Worst city for driving I recently visited was Tulsa. Seemed everything was a patch job regarding road repairs. I was bouncing all over the place in my truck

I think you will find that the best public transit cities have fixed rail (heavy or light).

But I think Vegas has some of the best Bus Rapid Transit in the nation

It keeps the road relatively clear.

The city grew so rapidly in the last 4 decades, that most of the roads are relatively new.

I was big on public transportation
I was a big fan of the Deuce and express on the strip and I took the westcliff express bus to and from the airport
but with the virus
avoiding all public transportation

The Westcliff Airport Express (WAX) service was eliminated effective October 4, 2020. Some Westcliff Airport Express service was replaced with Centennial Express (CX) route adjustment.
