You said this with a straight face? Jesus Christ...

Look it up, Google is your friend.

"To lose weight, you need to burn more calories per day than you eat. Called a caloric deficit, it's the bottom line of weight loss, and there are two ways to make it happen: Burn more calories or eat fewer calories. Exercise obviously belongs to the "burn more" camp, while dieting is all about lowering your caloric intake. However, it's far easier to achieve that caloric deficit through dieting compared to exercising."

The average adult male needs
2000 calories a day. If you
eat 1500 a day, you'll lose
weight whether you exercise
of not.
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

Exercise has nothing to do with
weight loss, that's a fact. It's
a myth. It's all what carbs you
put in your mouth. Stick with
under 20 g of carb a day and
1500 calories and you'll lose
weight. I remember Rush
losing 100 pounds with no
exercise at all. And I've done
it numerous times.

You’ve lost 100 pounds numerous times???

Where did I say that? I've lost weigh
numerous times with just diet alone.
Exercise and diet will keep you toned,
but exercise certainly isn't needed
to lose weight.
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

Well this certainly made it sound like you were saying you’ve lost 100 pounds numerous times:

I’m glad I was mistaken, gaining and losing 100 pounds multiple times sounds really unhealthy.

Another myth. Our bodies have evolved
to handle as many feast or famine times
as we need to handle.

You've never gained and lost weight
over decades of years? Congrats to
you, most people I know have.

Perhaps but the rate of loss is a significant consideration. (and I have control over MOW's ingredients).

You can lose 10-12 pounds a
month with just diet restriction
and no exercise. If you have no
control over what you eat you're
screwed. Prisons are full of obese
people because they eat a carb
heavy diet. Bread, waffles, corn,
potatoes, rice, mac and cheese,
pasta, sugary desserts, are all
cheap for prisons to obtain.
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.
