They say they would have been found during a normal certification process as well, as the counts of ballots did not match. That is to say, the number of ballots received did not match the number of ballots counted by the machines. It is really only a shift of a few percentage points in these five states. Georgia is the only one THAT CHANGED over 5%. +0.3% 16 Georgia (change of 5.4%) +0.3% 11 Arizona (change of 3.8%) +1.7% 10 Wisconsin (change of 2.5%) +1.2% 20 Pennsylvania (change of 1.9%) +2.7% 16 Michigan (change of 2.9%) |
